This is our new little puppy, Lucy (I know Summer, that is your dogs name too). She is a Miniature Dachshund (wiener dog). Currently Lucy is 2.5 lbs but, will be a whopping 11 lbs full grown. She is really cute and LOVES to lick Izabelle (disgusting I know!), I have to watch Lucy closely.
Chad's only comment "Little dog, BIG poop".

She's soo cute!! It's hard to tell just how small she is in the picture but knowing that she is only 2.5 lbs puts that into perspective. I guess that we can share dog names :)
Welcome to the Barney family Lucy.
I am too lazy and too old to take care of anyone or thing. However, Jacob and I were looking at some old pictures from Los Altos and there was a picture of our cute little cocker sitting in front of the house. I can't remember her name --a bad sign I think--ok I just talked to Lacey and her name was Callie. My point exactly, I have no business talking care of anyone else--I might need someone to take care of me soon--:)
Does that mean IF I ever get a dog I have to name it Lucy too? Even if it's a boy?
I hope Lucy B. is not as crazy as Callie was. Remember how she would RUN cirles? And away from us? And how the "creature" under the little house in the back tried to eat her?

Lucy is a cutie! Izzy is going to love her! I love having a dog for maya to play with!
